Our prices are final prices
including ancillary expenses, 1 set of bedclothes and 1 set of towels per person,
plus final cleaning and key deposit.

If you are planning a prolonged stay, individual price arrangements can be agreed.

Our Conditions


Rent for - 1 person - 2 persons	55,- € per night incl. 7% tax 65,- € per night incl. 7% tax minimum sojourn 1 week	Special conditions for rental on a monthly basis!

Final cleaning	60,- € incl. 7% tax
Key deposit	150,- €	Will be reimbursed in cash on your departure!

Max. number of occupants	2 persons
